Liquid would buy DCU for up to 3,750,000 shares under the terms of the LOI, and DCU would have to generate sales of more than US$15 million to trigger two of the three equal tranches. Additional funds will be invested in DCU’s ongoing operations, commencing with the immediate availability of a $1.15 million secured bridging loan to be used for working capital and company expansion.
