Max Sound (MAXD) on last Thursday announced the signing of a Joint Venture Agreement with TIP Solutions. The JV will enable the companies to sell their revolutionary technologies, which include an award-winning Patented and Trademarked MAX-D HD Audio platform and the Cutting Edge Call Management technology from TIP.
TIP has licensed HD Audio breakthrough of MAX-D under the joint venture. Although the companies have not unveiled the amounts involved in the deal but disclosed that a total of the six-figure, up-front license fee is being paid for the HD Audio by TIP. Also, MAX-D will be getting projected fees and royalties of seven-figures for ten years.
