(NASDAQ: SINO) has appointed Mr. Lei Nie as Chief Operating Officer and Mr. Xintang You as Chief Technology Officer, both effective January 28, 2021. Mr. Zhikang Huang, the current COO, will continue as vice president — operations. Mr. Yafei Li, the current CTO, will become vice president — technology.
Mr. Nie has been employed by Sino-Global since 2017 and is currently serving as its chief IT architect. Previously Mr. Nie worked for IBM China as a senior architect, serving as an iVIP Account Manager for IBM Asia Pacific/Greater China Group, a Pureflex Advanced Technical Support Team Lead, and a Lab-Based Service Solution Architect from 2006 until 2017. Ms. Pan, the acting Chief Financial Officer of Sino-Global, is married to Mr. Nie.
