American Eagle Outfitters [AEO] Upgraded to Outperform at RBC Capital

RBC Capital took its American Eagle Outfitters [AEO] rating to the equivalent of Outperform from Sector Perform, and the price target to $30.0 from $23, in a research note dated 2021-01-25. That figure represents around a 23.56% premium from where the company’s shares closed on Friday. Other analysts also revised their coverage, with Telsey Advisory Group’s analysts reiterating the shares to “a Market perform” rating in a research note to investors issued in mid-January. Meanwhile, Loop Capital had raised its rating on AEO to “Hold” from the earlier “Sell”, in a research note produced for clients on October 14, 2020. Besides, there was no change from B. Riley Securities on October 14, 2020. The rater maintained AEO to “a Buy” but assigned new target price of $18.
