The meeting will take place on the 27th floor of Tower A of the Global Trade Center, 36 North 3rd Ring Road East, Dongcheng District, Beijing, China. The record date for shareholders is December 1, 2020. Shareholder approval will not be sought at the annual general meeting. Instead, shareholders entitled to vote will convene the meeting to discuss the Company’s affairs with management.
