This certification, awarded to the platform developed by Shanghai JiuGe Information Technology Co., Ltd. (JiuGe Technology) and integrated with Maxus vehicles produced by SAIC Motor Corporation Limited (SAIC Maxus), represents a landmark achievement. It is the first certification of its kind, anticipated to significantly expedite the distribution of emergency response vehicles across China.

Technological Innovations and Vehicle Capabilities

The MIIT certification validates the platform’s advanced technological features and reliability, allowing FingerMotion to commence assembly and deployment of these vehicles equipped with the platform.

The Advanced Mobile Integrated C2 Platform, mounted on the SAIC Maxus pickup truck, includes a unified communications unit, smart PTZ cameras, a satellite communications terminal, an unmanned aerial vehicle, and a multi-network dispatch system. These components facilitate real-time transmission of crucial information, thereby enhancing decision-making and resource management during emergencies.

Proven Performance in National Drills

Since 2023, JiuGe Technology has collaborated with SAIC Maxus to design an innovative and cost-effective civil emergency response vehicle. This vehicle, engineered to perform under challenging conditions including extreme climates and communication network failures, has demonstrated its capabilities in national-level emergency drills.

Notably, during the Jinhua National Emergency Mission 2024 and the Huzhou Anji Mountain Emergency Drill, these vehicles proved their robustness and reliability, showcasing their readiness to support emergency response agencies across diverse environments.

The successful certification and demonstrated performance of the Advanced Mobile Integrated C2 Platform underscore FingerMotion’s commitment to delivering pioneering and effective solutions for government and emergency services.
