This valuation is based on Orrstown common stock’s closing price of $24.35 on December 11, 2023. The mutually agreed-upon “Merger of Equals” transaction aims to establish a preeminent community bank spanning Pennsylvania and Maryland, boasting assets totaling around $5.2 billion and a market capitalization of roughly $460 million.

This amalgamated entity, comprised of 51 branches, will strategically serve desirable markets in Central and Eastern Pennsylvania, along with the Greater Baltimore, Maryland area.
