This visionary residential project will encompass the renowned Del Webb and Pulte Homes. Situated to the south of Greenbriar Road and west of Longleaf Pine Parkway in the northern precincts of St. Johns County, this development is strategically positioned in one of the region’s most sought-after and vibrant areas.
St. Johns County, with its burgeoning popularity, consistently ranks as a highly coveted destination for prospective homebuyers. PulteGroup formally sealed the acquisition deal for this property in October 2023, and construction endeavors are already in full swing.
The unveiling of the master-planned community is anticipated in 2025, offering consumers an array of captivating floorplans curated by two of its signature brands. PulteGroup is actively engaged in the sales of residential units in three additional age-restricted Del Webb communities that have gained substantial popularity in Northeast Florida.
These communities, known for their active-adult living environments and a rich assortment of amenities, encompass Del Webb Wildlight, Del Webb eTown, and Del Webb Nocatee. Pulte Homes, on the other hand, will spearhead the development of “The Landings,” a community conceived to cater to families of all age groups.
