How is VNTR doing?
Venator (VNTR) recently reported that its TiO2 products in the European and Asian regions experienced a significant decline in sales volume during the third quarter. According to VNTR, this could result in an approximately 25% drop in TiO2 sales volume during the third quarter. Since VNTR was unable to predict future outlooks and had persistently high European energy costs, production at its Uerdingen, Germany, the plant was reduced to minimum levels, and production at its Duisburg facility in Germany was also reduced.
