What is happening?
Datasea officially revealed that Shuhai Zhangxun Information Technology, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Datasea, has finalized six purchase and distribution contracts aimed at providing 5G Message-marketing Cloud Platform (“5G MMCP”) Version 3.0 and has expanded product offerings in China by adding new district partners. With capabilities such as accurate SaaS value-added services, data monetization, and message marketing, 5G MMCP aims to integrate customer and prospect marketing signals in a single perspective.
Six firms in Nei Mongol, Anhui, Chongqing, and Zhejiang have signed acquisition and distribution deals with Shuhai Zhangxun. Six firms will collaborate with Shuhai Zhangxun as district partners, with exclusive authority to sell 5G MMCP Version 3.0 in selected districts and access to sales commissions. Six firms will pay Shuhai Zhangxun for delivering 5G Messaging products and services in return, with a total value of RMB 886,000. (Or USD 136,940 approximately). Shuhai Zhangxun has received RMB 490,400 already (or USD 75,796 approximately).
