The Robotic Assistance Devices (RAD) subsidiary of AITX last week announced that it had published a case study. The study covered RAD’s client Midway Car Rental, a Southern California company with 15 locations throughout the area and counted as largest independently owned car rental company in the vicinity.

The case study summarizes how the deployment of two top-of-the-line ROSA devices has made a practical and noticeable difference to the premium auto rental company’s security and safety measures.

Was the study successful?

Thefts, trespasses, and vagrancy incidents can often be overwhelming for a dealer or service center. With ROSA’s revolutionary solution, RAD will be able to supplement traditional security guards and sometimes even fully replace them. Sean Perez, Midway’s General Manager said that in addition to the damaged vehicles, graffiti on the outside of the building, the homeless tampering with our electrical outlets in order to charge their phones, as well as trash being left around the building, these problems have all been eradicated since our Rosas were implemented.
