At close of the last session at $0.0195 Tautachrome (OTC: TTCM) was at gain of 89.32% to $0.0195 to bring its market cap up to $81.71M. Recent Tautachrome stock trading has totaled 448.92M shares compared to its average daily volume of 32.10M.
Further, the TTCM stock has been fluctuating between $0.0103 and $0.0240. In the pink sheet TTCM, 4.19 billion shares are outstanding compared to 2.25 billion shares float. After sharing an opinion from its patent attorney regarding NFT, TTCM stock rose on the day.
What caused the surge?
Tautachrome is an immerging player in the Internet application space. TTCM has patents for augmented reality, smartphone image authentication, and imagery-based social networking, as well as licenses, revolutionary patents, and patents pending. Technology companies such as TTCM are developing applications that rely on privacy and security to meet the needs of global business and individual users.
Yesterday, Tautachrome released in its patent attorney opinion whether or not its KlickZie patents would already be applicable to the NFTs that are setting the world on fire.
These NFT tokens represent different digital assets which are trade able on a blockchain. Essentially, NFTs are a new fad in the digital imagery marketing world. An NFT sold by Christies of London earlier this month for more than 69 million dollars represented a digital collage of images created by artist Mike Winkleman.
What did the patent attorney say?
According to Benjamin Urcia, the Company’s patent attorney since 2012, in an opinion last week, three of the TTCM’s three image authentication and validation patents:
- The three patents each cover the concept of capturing, storing, and verifying an image’s authenticity and uniqueness after it has been captured.
- At the time the authentication/validation patents were filed, the term NFT had not been coined.
- Nevertheless, the Tautachrome (TTCM) patents relate to steps that are indispensable to the generation of an authenticable token, which is used to verify an uploaded image.
- The same token by TTCM can be used in a blockchain, which are known as NFTs.
