Progyny Inc (PGNY) announced the expansion of its board of directors by adding two more members. The two new members are Malissia R. Clinton, Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of The Aerospace Corporation and Roger Holstein, Managing Director of Vestar Capital Partners.

The board now has nine members after the recent appointments and Ms Clinton will serve on the Nominating and Governance Committee and Mr Holstein will serve on the Compensation Committee.
Ms Clinton has 25 years experiencein different industries including defence, aerospace, intelligence, advanced technologies, and healthcare. Ms Clinton also serves on the boards of directors of City of Hope Medical Center, Arizona State University Foundation, and 3D Systems where she is also Chair of the Compliance Committee.

The other addition to the board, Mr Holstein is a healthcare industry veteran and visionary, joined Vestar Capital Partners in 2006 where he leads, manages, and invests in some of the nation’s most successful health services companies.Mr Holstein also serves on the boards of Quest Analytics, Veritas Collaborative, and Healthgrades. He also served as a CEO President or Director of WebMD Health Corporation.
